Weekly Updates: 9/30-10/4

Aaaaaaaand we hit the ground running!

Monday: happy Rosh Hashanah!

Tuesday: Treble Select rehearsal after school until 4:15

Thursday: 7th & 8th grade SOPRANO sectional. (All students should know their voice part by now. If not, they can come ask me so they know which rehearsal to attend. ALTOS & BARITONES need not attend this rehearsal.) Please remember, these rehearsals are mandatory & part of every student's choir grade. EDIT 10/1/19 @ 2:30 PM: I have been asked by the AACPS Music Office to judge high school all county auditions, which requires me to be at Severna Park High School at 2PM. Obviously, this means I will have to cancel rehearsal for Thursday. It will be rescheduled for Thursday October 17th - sopranos will have half the time for sectionals, and altos will have the other half. Again, there is no rehearsal after school for anyone this Thursday, October 3rd, after school.

Friday: Star Spangled Palooza

• park in middle school lots

• report to the lower parking lot (to left of stadium when looking at campus from Mountain Road) by 5:45 pm. Family, please come with your child to drop them off, do not just "drop & run", as we need you to sign them in for safety reasons.

• performance will be approx. 6:20pm, as game starts at 6:30pm

• everyone walks back to the lower parking lot and will be dismissed from there (no one can be dismissed from the field, even for students who have a chaperone with them.)

• Dress: please wear a red, white, or blue shirt with jeans
