Weekly Announcements: 11/25 - 12/6

Tuesday 11/26: NO Treble Select, as there will be no after school activity busses running

Thursday 11/28: NO after school rehearsal for any grades - but enjoy all your food!

Tuesday 12/3: LAST Treble Select rehearsal after school before the concert

WEDNESDAY 12/4: CONCERT DAY

• Participant report time: 6:15PM to the CHS Auditorium

***UNIFORM UPDATE***

Please read the following carefully. I am sorry, on behalf of Southeastern Performance Apparel, for any inconvenience this will cause. For those of you that already have blue tops, or ordered black tops/ties, this does not apply to you. If you ordered a new blue top, please read below.

I received a box with the blue tops last week. Upon sorting & counting, we were sent only 28 of the 90-some tops that were ordered. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me saying the didn't have enough in their inventory to cover our order. They would be making them, but they will get to us by January at the earliest.

Obviously this means they will not be here in time for the concert. In an ideal world, they would have told me of this when the order was initially placed but sadly it was not. So I am asking the following be adhered to for the upcoming concert, for those students who will not have their newly ordered, blue uniform top. Should you have questions, please send them!

• Bottoms, shoes, hair details are all the same - provided by you. Should you need guidelines, visit the Uniform Look Book page on the website. (Website --> Mixed Choir tab --> Uniform Look Book)

• Tops: Black or royal blue. Dressy style is preferred to correlate with the dress bottoms/shoes you are to be wearing.

Again, if you are wearing a blue top from previous years, black top and blue tie from previous years, or ordered a new black top and tie (which are to arrive today, 11/25), it is expected that you still wear those for the performance on 12/4. Otherwise, see the bulleted list above.

I am very frustrated that this whole ordeal happened, but it is out of my hands and the best thing we can do is find a solution and have an awesome concert in spite of it.
